Our Locations
Serpentine Jewels operates by appointment from our New York City studio and our Greenwich atelier, two distinct settings that reflect different aspects of our work and how we serve our clients.
In both spaces, the experience is built around you—whether you’re beginning a bespoke project, exploring gemstones, sourcing something rare, or refining a collection over time.
Beyond New York and Connecticut, we regularly travel to select markets throughout the year, including Boston, Washington DC, San Francisco, Chicago, Palm Beach, Miami, Aspen, and Dallas, offering private appointments and client meetings in each location.
For clients who are not local, we also offer virtual appointments, bringing the same level of guidance, access, and expertise wherever you are.
New York City
Our NYC studio is where many of our custom projects begin. It’s a working space designed for collaboration, sourcing, and design development.
This is where our creative and operational team works and where much of our gemological work takes place. Clients visit to review diamonds and colored gemstones, explore select pieces, refine ideas, and move through the custom process from initial concept through completion.
Greenwich
Our Greenwich Townhouse offers a more private and residential setting for appointments, designed to feel personal, relaxed, and highly tailored.
Clients visit for one-on-one viewings, gemstone presentations, bespoke consultations, and to explore pieces as their collections take shape over time. We also host select trunk shows, private events, and intimate client gatherings in this space throughout the year.
Virtual Appointments
We regularly work with clients remotely, offering virtual consultations for bespoke projects, gemstone sourcing, and specific pieces you’re considering.
Through video, we can walk through stones in real time, show pieces, share design concepts, and guide each step with the same level of care and attention as an in-person visit.
