Shipping policy

At Serpentine Jewels, we take great care in ensuring that each piece arrives safely and securely.

All shipments are sent via overnight delivery and are fully insured for the duration of transit. For security purposes, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

To help ensure a smooth and secure delivery, shipment timing will be coordinated directly with the recipient so that someone is available to sign for the package. Once your order is ready to ship, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm the delivery details.

Please note that we are unable to ship packages without signature confirmation, and we strongly recommend selecting a delivery address where an adult will be available to receive the parcel.
