Return policy

At Serpentine Jewels, we are pleased to accept returns of eligible ready-to-ship pieces within 7 days of delivery. Vintage and estate pieces are final sale.

To request a return, please email Hello@SerpentineJewels.com within 7 days of delivery. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and an insured label for the return shipping. Approved returns must be shipped back promptly in accordance with those instructions.

To be eligible for return, an item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unaltered, resized, or modified in any way

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging and accompanying materials

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected for wear, damage, alteration, or other signs of use. If the item satisfies the requirements above, your refund will typically be processed within 3 business days of receipt and inspection. Refund timing thereafter may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless merchandise credit is elected or otherwise required by law.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or merchandise credit

  • Any fees associated with the return will be disclosed as part of the return process

Final Sale Items

All custom, bespoke, made-to-order, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, special-order, and vintage and estate pieces are final sale and may not be returned or refunded.

Items designated as Final Sale and items from our Sample Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
